I hired Kelk to do a home inspection for me and was very pleased with the service. Steve from Kelk Inspections was on time and efficient. I felt that I had an excellent understanding of the house (which I eventually purchased) and he prioritized any concerns for me (most important to least important). His manner was friendly, forthright and honest. Basically, he came across as a hard-working “good guy”. I found that he was also affordable and he came back free of charge for a follow up inspection.
